Here’s the Problem,
Strategy minds pulled in every direction but up
Strategy and account planning minds are in more companies than ever. They’ve sprawled like the suburbs were a Ponzi scheme.
Despite the best of intentions, many companies don’t know how to make the
most of the strategy minds that stir within them.
These minds are comets capable of seeing around corners, of heaving their companies to new frontiers, and of flying very close to the sun.
Instead, these minds can sit dormant as names on org charts, tasks in a Standard Operating Procedures document, and bullet points on meeting agendas.
Despite the best of intentions, many companies don’t know how to make the most of the strategy minds that stir within them.

Hear From Teams We’ve Trained
“Mark catapulted into our world at Twitter Next with a relentless curiosity – quickly gaining the trust of our team, and pushing us to think outside of our comfort zone. He left our imaginations stretched, and our brains forever poked.”
Alex Josephson
Global Head of Twitter Next
“As a leader, Mark is not afraid to push me, challenge me and sometimes tell me to get out of my own way. You see the world with fresh eyes, colored by new insights and a renewed joy for what you do. All incredibly valuable.”

What We Do
Most of the work we do falls into these categories:
Masterclasses
Short experiences designed to light a gentle fire under your minds, to put them on an Australian barbecue. Our masterclasses run minds through tens of exercises to help them learn or relearn the fundamentals of strategy.
- Half-day to multi-day
- In-person or virtual
- Highly practical
Accelerators
Multi-week, project-based learning experiences. Our strategy accelerators combine live training with well-edited videos, quizzes, assignments, and feedback.
- Two to six weeks
- 20+ people
- Real or hypothetical projects
Consulting
Training tends to happen as part of an attempt at broader organizational change. It’s one thing to teach about creative briefs, it’s another thing to work out what’s going wrong with your current creative briefs.
- Stakeholder interviews
- Template and work reviews
- Recommendations and training
